Contact
BGP Map is run by the same team as PikoNetwork, so questions go through the contact form there. It is the one place a message is read.
Send a message
Open the contact form. It asks for a name, an email address for the reply, a subject and a message, and says how the message is stored in its privacy policy.
What helps
- The address of the map you are talking about, for example
/1.1.1.0/24or/AS13335, and what looked wrong. - For a wrong network name or tier label, the AS number and what it should be.
- The time shown above the map, so the routes can be told apart from a later check.
Before you write
A path missing from a map is usually a collector that did not see it, which the About page explains. How a visit is recorded is on the privacy page and the conditions of use are on the terms page.
